Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Dutch brands and the European shelf
Tablets and bars, the pistachio and kadayıf bar the Dutch shelf found as dubai chocolade, sugared almonds and dragées, gift boxes, Turks fruit boxes and pistachio spread jars, made in Gaziantep under your brand. We prepare the label content to the EU rules in Dutch and the languages you name; nothing is printed before you approve it.

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Brands, retailers and trading houses in the Netherlands looking for a private label chocolate manufacturer find Dutch and Belgian co-manufacturers first, and for a local bar that is the right answer. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Rotterdam, by sea or by road, under the EU–Türkiye customs union paperwork.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Dutch huismerk can launch a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, a kadayıf-filled bar for the shelf that types dubai chocolade, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in its own colours, a Turks fruit box and a pistachepasta jar together — several lines, one order, one set of documents — and sell it from Rotterdam across Europe under one label in the languages it names. The question at the end is always the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and written into the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum per line, and in what lead time.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the label content to the EU food information rules in Dutch, with the languages you name for onward sale: ingredients with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best-before date, and the name and EU address of the responsible food business. The data comes from our technical data sheet, and the front-of-pack wording is settled at the same time — Turks fruit or lokum, chocolate or compound coating.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.
- 04
Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container or the trailer leaves with the A.TR certificate and the document set for the Dutch entry, in a reefer for chocolate lines in the warm months.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- A Dutch label to the EU food information rules: the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, the best-before date, and the name and EU address of the food business responsible for the product; a second language added where the load breaks down across the Benelux or travels on. Naming matters as much as the mandatory particulars in this market — the Dutch shelf reads Turks fruit before it reads Turkish delight, and pistachepasta before spread — so the front of pack is settled together with the label content, not after it. For private label we prepare that content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs union and entry
- The Netherlands is in the EU, and Türkiye and the EU are in a customs union: chocolate and confectionery travel with an A.TR movement certificate, and the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, per line, so the landed cost is known before you order. The importer is the food business responsible for the product on the Dutch market and is registered with the competent authority; where a line contains dairy, as milk chocolate does, the EU rules for composite products apply and the attestation the entry needs is drawn up from our documents. Nothing about rates is printed on this site, because they change.
- Candy wholesale, pick and mix, and the halal layer
- Snoep groothandel, schepsnoep, bulk sweets: the Dutch trade buys jellies in bulk bags and wrapped pieces, popping candy, wrapped mini biscuits, sugared almonds by colour, chocolate dragées and lokum cut for the counter, and it buys cheap and by the carton. Beside it runs a separate halal sweet wholesale layer — halal snoep groothandel — with its own suppliers and its own customers. Halal is not a blanket claim on this site: the certificate is held for our factory, and the offer states which body issued it, with copies available on request. Where a line is not certified, the offer says so.
- What may be called chocolade
- Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter cannot be sold as chocolate, in Dutch or in any other EU language. Every line in the offer states which it is, real chocolate or a compound coating, so the wording on the pack and in your catalogue is settled before the artwork is drawn.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container or trailer, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder and the issuing body are named per line and copies are available on request; where a line is not certified, the offer says so.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time and the Dutch calendar
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork. The Dutch sweet calendar is bought months ahead — Sinterklaas, Christmas, carnival — so the run and the sailing are planned back from the date it has to be on the shelf.
- What the pack may say
- Under the EU cocoa and chocolate rules a coating made with vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter cannot be called chocolate, in Dutch or any other EU language; the offer states which each line is. The jar is a pistachio spread and is labelled as one, whatever the shelf calls it, and the Turkish delight box can carry Turks fruit, lokum or both.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
- Outside the range
- Couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo, pistachio paste by the kilo, baklava, raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging are not part of the private-label range; they are sourced on request, and we confirm composition and format before quoting.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container or trailer. It can carry one own-brand line together with lines in our standard packs from the same makers, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the Dutch label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to the EU food information rules, in Dutch and the languages you name; you place it in your artwork, add the responsible food business’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Does a Turkish own-brand line need anything special at the Dutch border?
The A.TR movement certificate under the customs union, our data sheet and certificates per line, and for lines with dairy the composite-product attestation drawn up from our documents. The offer lists what travels with the container and states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day.
Can our line be sold as halal?
Yes, where the line is covered by our Halal certificate, which is held for our factory. The offer states per line which body issued it; we do not put a blanket halal claim on a mixed load.
Can you make a dubai chocolade style bar, or chocolate letters, under our brand?
The pistachio and kadayıf bar is made in Gaziantep and can be run under your brand, as one of our core services and the minimum per line. Chocolate letters and Sinterklaas figures are a Dutch mould set; whether a producer here can run them is checked before anything is quoted.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
