You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

Label content
We prepare the label content to the Food Standards Code: ingredients with the allergen declaration, the nutrition information panel, metric net quantity, and the New Zealand importer’s name and address. The data comes from our technical data sheet.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the New Zealand entry and the data sheets the biosecurity check asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- An English label to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code: the ingredient list with allergens declared, the nutrition information panel, metric net quantity and the name and address of the New Zealand importer. For private label we prepare the label content to those rules and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Importer registration and biosecurity
- Food importers register with the food safety authority before importing, and biosecurity import conditions apply to products with dairy, nuts and dried fruit in them, which covers most of this site. The importer checks the conditions for each line before ordering; what that check needs from our side, our technical data sheet with the origin of the dairy ingredients and lot traceability, travels with the offer; certificate copies are available on request. Every line is specified in the offer.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between New Zealand and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch, and the courier’s declaration for food entering New Zealand.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the New Zealand label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet to the Food Standards Code; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.
Does milk chocolate pass biosecurity?
The importer checks the import conditions for each line by its ingredients before ordering; the data sheet with the origin of the dairy ingredients is what that check needs, and it comes with the offer.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
