Home / Private label / Palestine

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
A retail chain, an importer or a sweet-shop group supplying this market that goes looking for a private label chocolate manufacturer is usually solving one of two problems: a bar or a tablet under its own name that it does not want to manufacture, and a malban or dragée line in its own box for weddings, births and the seasons. We are the route for both — a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and loading one container.
Own-brand makes particular sense on this shelf. In 2023 this market imported 112.9 million US dollars of chocolate and sugar confectionery between the two lines, and Türkiye was already third in sugar confectionery at 17.0 per cent — so the origin needs no introduction to your buyer, which is exactly the condition under which a private label line is worth running. And because the demand here is spoken in local names, the pack can be too: malban on the box rather than a translated term, pistachio on the front of a tablet made where the pistachio is worked.
The range and the origin arrive in one shipment. Several lines, one order, one document set: a pistachio tablet, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in your colours, a malban box and a spread jar together. The question at the end is always the same one — who makes it and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum per line is in the offer, and we do not quote one before it is confirmed.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether each line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the Arabic label content, with English alongside if you want it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. Every value comes from our technical data sheet.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and against what the line actually is, and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval exists on paper.
- 04
Production, loading and file
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin — in a reefer for chocolate lines in the warm months. The file that travels with it carries the technical data sheets, our certificates, the analysis reports, the halal certificates for the lines that need them, and the origin document named in the offer.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- The mandatory information in Arabic, with English alongside where the shelf or the importer's file wants it: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the date marking. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries before you order. For private label we prepare the content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork against it before anything is printed. One wording rule we hold to: a line with a vegetable-fat coating is described as compound or as a glaze, never as chocolate, and the data sheet says which one the line is.
- Halal
- Lines with ingredients of animal origin — gelatine in jellies above all — travel with our halal certificate, held and issued for our factory. The offer names the certifying body per line so the importer can check it is recognised on their side before ordering, and copies are available on request. Lines that contain no such ingredient are stated as such on the technical data sheet rather than being given a certificate they do not need.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer, with colour runs on dragées counted separately. The unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs so a first own-label order does not have to fill the box on its own.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: our food-safety certificates, plus halal and kosher. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request. We do not issue certificates ourselves and do not list any that we do not actually hold.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. Samples go out in our standard pack, since your artwork does not exist yet at that stage.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the first enquiry. Printed packaging is usually the longest item in that count, which is why the artwork step is settled before the line is booked.
- Chocolate and compound
- A line coated in vegetable fat is a compound or a glaze, and a line made with cocoa butter is chocolate. We keep the two words apart on the data sheet, on the label content and in the offer, whatever the buyer's shelf calls it, because a pack that blurs them is a problem for the importer and not for us.
- Route and clearance
- Loading in Gaziantep, about three hours from the port of Mersin, with FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP named in the offer. Clearance and inland movement into this market are in practice handled through Israeli-controlled customs and port infrastructure, and your clearing agent runs that step; the offer states where our responsibility ends and what the importer's file has to carry.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50 per cent with the order and 50 per cent before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. For an own-brand run the deposit also releases the print, so the artwork approval and the deposit are agreed together.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the content in Arabic, with English alongside if you want it, from our technical data sheet. You place it in your artwork, add the importer's details, and approve the final version in writing before anything is printed.
Can we put malban in our own box?
Yes, as one of our core services: plain, pistachio, rolled and chocolate-covered malban in printed retail or gift boxes under your brand. The minimum per line and per box format is stated in the offer.
Can a sweet shop order dragées in its own colours?
Yes — private label is one of our core services. A colour is a production run rather than a shelf item, so the minimum is stated per colour as well as per line in the offer.
What origin document travels with an own-brand order?
The same one as any other consignment: the origin document and the rules that apply to it are named in the offer for the tariff line concerned, and the offer states what applies on the day. Own-brand packaging changes the label, not the customs file.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
