Private label chocolate and confectionery from Türkiye, for Peruvian brands

Tablet and bar boxes, doypacks and pyramid boxes, sachets, 350 g Turkish delight boxes and pistachio spread jars, made in Gaziantep under your brand and loaded for Callao. We prepare the Spanish label content from our technical data sheet and work out from the composition which front-of-pack octagons a line carries, before the arte final is laid out. Nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.

The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

A Peruvian brand, distribuidora or supermarket buyer that wants a line under its own name normally starts at home, and for most of the sweet shelf that is the right answer. Peru grows cocoa and has its own chocolate makers, and the turrón the country looks up by the name of the house that bakes it is Peruvian, baked and tied to October. The wholesale terms the trade searches — chocolate al por mayor, golosinas al por mayor, dulces al por mayor, distribuidor de golosinas — belong to the Lima wholesale houses and the sweet trade around the mercado central, and that is the correct order of things: they fill the shops, the kiosks and the party trade from an import-fed shelf. We are the step before that shelf. Antep Foods is a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye: we put our own lines under your name and load the container for Callao.

The difference against a local co-packer is origin and breadth in one shipment. A marca propia built this way can carry a pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, the pistachio and kadayıf bar Peru searches for as chocolate de Dubai, sugared almonds and dragées in your own colours for the party and favour trade, a 350 g Turkish delight box for the gift and delicatessen shelf, and a pistachio spread jar — the crema or pasta de pistacho of the shelf, a spread on the label — from our own factory, on one order, one set of documents and one origin proof. October is where that breadth earns its keep: the turrón weeks pull the whole sweet basket forward, the gift box, the dragée and the boxed sweet move in the same weeks and the same channel, and a name that owns those weeks needs a range behind it for the eleven months that follow. The Peruvian part of the work is the label and the registration: the sanitary registration sits with the importer, the octagons come out of the composition, and the printed pack, the registration file and the technical data sheet all have to say the same thing. The question at the end is the same as anywhere: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is set per line and stated in the offer.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Line and minimum

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or a compound coating for the shelf you have in mind. Minimums are set per line and stated in the offer.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the Spanish label content for the Peruvian market from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, net contents in metric, storage, the expiry date and the importer’s name and address. From the same data sheet we work out which front-of-pack octagons the composition carries, against the rules in force on the day, and that same content is what the importer’s sanitary registration file is built on.

  3. 03

    Artwork approval

Your designer places the content and the octagon area in the arte final; we check it against the label content line by line and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval — not a box, not a wrapper, not a jar label. If the printed pack and the registration file would say different things, it is caught here rather than at the port.

  4. 04

    Production and loading

We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, each line on its own pallet, and the container leaves Mersin for Callao — Paita instead if your distribution sits in the north — with chocolate and chocolate-coated lines quoted in a reefer, because the leg crosses the tropics. The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, and the document set travels with the container.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label
A Spanish label for the Peruvian market: the name of the food, the ingredient list with the allergen declaration, net contents in metric, storage, the expiry date and the name and address of the importer. Dates are printed in production on the line, not stickered afterwards. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
Registration and entry
The sanitary registration for imported food sits with the importer, with the health authority (DIGESA), and the consignment is cleared at the port of entry. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line. That paperwork goes out before the deposit, so the registration work runs on your side while the offer is still being agreed and is not counted inside the production lead time.
Customs
The offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day, per product, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty or tax is printed on this site, because it changes and a page cannot be trusted for it.
Certificates
Our certificates, with copies on request, per line: the food safety and quality certification of the plant, halal where the line is certified, and the analysis report for the production. We do not print certificate numbers on this site; you receive the current documents for the exact lines you are buying.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first order is not limited to one product.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork. In Peru the calendar does the deciding: a pack meant for the October weeks has to be produced, loaded, sailed and cleared before the season opens, so it is planned backwards from the display date rather than forwards from the enquiry.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line, copies are available on request, and the analysis report is issued for the line you are quoting. Where a line is not certified, we say so.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
Registration, the label and the octagons
The sanitary registration for imported food sits with the importer, with the health authority (DIGESA), and an own-brand line is registered in the importer’s name with the label the pack will actually carry. That is why the label content comes before the arte final: the printed pack, the registration file and our technical data sheet have to agree. Which front-of-pack octagons a line carries follows from its composition and is worked out against the rules in force on the day, before the layout, because they take space on the front panel.
October, and the eleven months after it
October pulls the Peruvian sweet basket forward, and the houses that own those weeks own them by name. Turrón itself is Peruvian and baked, and it stays in Peruvian kitchens. What an own-brand line from Gaziantep adds is the rest of what moves in the same weeks and through the same wholesale and gift channel — gift boxes, dragées and sugared almonds in colour, boxed Turkish delight, chocolate tablets and bars, wrapped sweets by the carton — and a range that keeps the name on a shelf once the season closes.
The other route
The Lima wholesale houses and the sweet trade of the mercado central cover the everyday shelf, and Peru’s own makers cover cocoa; for a plain milk bar or a bag of gomitas that is the shorter road. We cover what has to come from origin — pistachio lines, the pistachio and kadayıf bar, sugared almonds and dragées, boxed Turkish delight, pistachio spread — and we send several lines under your brand in one container, on one order and one set of documents.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Can you make turrón under our brand for the October season?

No. The turrón Peru buys in October is a baked Peruvian product and it belongs to Peruvian kitchens; we do not make it, and we will not say otherwise. What we can put under your name for the same weeks is the rest of the basket that moves with it: gift boxes, dragées and sugared almonds in your colours, boxed Turkish delight, chocolate tablets and bars, and wrapped sweets by the carton.

Who prepares the Spanish label and works out the octagons, and when?

We prepare the content from our technical data sheet, and the octagons follow from the composition, worked out against the rules in force on the day — before your arte final is laid out, because they take space on the front panel and change what the pack can do. Your designer places the content, we check it line by line, and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval. If you want to know whether a different recipe or format would move a line, the question goes to our production team with the data sheet and the answer comes back in writing.

Who holds the sanitary registration for an own-brand line?

The importer, with the health authority (DIGESA), in the importer’s name and with the label the pack will actually carry. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per line, our certificates and the analysis report, sent before the deposit, so the registration work runs on your side while the offer is still being agreed and is not counted inside the production lead time.

Can a first order be a single product?

The unit of sale is one full container, and it is mixed: your own-brand line travels beside other lines from the same factory, each on its own pallet, so a first order does not have to be one product in bulk.

Can you make cobertura or chocolate by the kilo under our brand for the pastelería trade?

That sits outside the range we hold: sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting. The same applies to raw pistachios and other raw nuts, dried fruit, cocoa and empty packaging. Whatever is quoted, the offer states line by line whether a coating is chocolate or a compound coating — a vegetable-fat coating is not sold as chocolate.

How is payment handled, and does the container have to be a reefer?

Offers are in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs of your pallets. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines are quoted in a reefer for the Callao leg because it crosses the tropics, while Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jellies travel dry, and both can sit in the same booking.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
