Home / Private label / Poland

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
Poland has a deep domestic confectionery industry, and for a classic milk tablet or a praline the shelf already knows, a Polish co-packer is the shortest answer. If that is the route you are on, we are not pitching against it.
We are the other route: the lines a domestic co-packer does not run — pistachio and kadayıf bars, chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, rachatłukum, and bulk cartons for the by-weight counter — made in Gaziantep under your own name, in one mixed container.
The order of work matters. The Polish label content is prepared from our technical data sheet before any artwork goes to print, because that is where a listing is won or lost.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm what is actually runnable, and what the minimum is per line.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the content in Polish from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredients with allergens emphasised, nutrition per 100 g, net quantity — and you place it in your artwork.
- 03
Approval in writing
Nothing goes to print until you approve the artwork in writing. The lead time is counted from the deposit and from that approval, not from the enquiry.
- 04
Production and loading
The lines are produced, loaded in one mixed container and photographed with the doors open before departure.
What to know before the first list.
- Entry and the trade agreement
- Poland is in the EU and Türkiye is in the EU–Türkiye customs union, so processed confectionery under chapters 17 and 18 moves on an A.TR movement certificate rather than a free-trade origin proof. The offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day; we do not publish duty figures, because they change.
- The label is Polish
- Packaged food sold in Poland carries the mandatory particulars in Polish, under the EU food information rules: the food name, the ingredient list with allergens emphasised, the nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity and the date of minimum durability. We prepare the content in Polish from our technical data sheet; nothing is printed until you approve it in writing.
- Who the label names
- The name and EU address of the food business operator responsible for the information is the importer's, not ours. The state sanitary inspection (Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna) supervises food safety and the national revenue administration (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa) handles the entry; the registrations sit with the party established in Poland.
- Coating and what may be called chocolate
- A vegetable-fat coating cannot be labelled chocolate in the EU. We state per line whether it is chocolate or a compound coating, and the technical data sheet says so before anything is printed.
- Halal and kosher
- Certificates are held for our factory; copies are available on request. We do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of production is the line, not the container, so a mixed load can carry several own-brand lines at once.
- The label is Polish
- Packaged food sold in Poland carries the mandatory particulars in Polish under the EU food information rules. We prepare them from our data sheet; the responsible food business operator named on the pack is you, with a Polish or EU address.
- The favour season has a calendar
- Communion and wedding favours are ordered against a date, not against an enquiry. Tell us when the goods have to be on the shelf and the artwork, production and loading dates are planned back from it.
- The gift calendar is a second season
- Beyond Communion and weddings, Polish gift buying runs on dates: mikołajki on the sixth of December, the advent calendar, Christmas boxes and Easter. Own-brand runs for those are planned back from the shelf date in the same way, and we confirm the specific format before it is quoted.
- Product names
- The name on the pack is checked before printing. A vegetable-fat coating cannot be called chocolate in the EU, and the pistachio jar is a spread, not a confectioner's paste, however it is searched.
- Certificates
- Issued for our factory; copies are available on request, together with the analysis report and the technical data sheet. We do not publish certificate numbers and we do not claim a certificate for a line it does not cover.
- Entry
- An A.TR movement certificate under the EU–Türkiye customs union; the offer states the tariff line and what applies on the day.
- Your own gift box, not only your own bar
- Czekoladki na prezent is a shelf category in Poland, and private label reaches it through the box rather than the bar: an assortment or bombonierka filled to your specification and sealed under your own name, ready for the shelf. The favour cartons are a separate line — those go out in bulk and are finished locally. Which box, which count and which insert tray is confirmed before it is quoted.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Do you prepare the Polish label text?
Yes. We prepare the mandatory content in Polish from our technical data sheet — food name, ingredient list with allergens emphasised, nutrition declaration per 100 g, metric net quantity, date of minimum durability — and you place it in your artwork and approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval.
What is the minimum for an own-brand line?
It is set per line and stated in the offer, because the unit of production is the line and not the container. A mixed container can carry several own-brand lines at once, which is how a first own-brand order usually starts.
Can you run own-brand favour boxes for the Communion season?
Yes — sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in window boxes and pouches are the format that season buys, and they run under your own artwork. Because the season is fixed, we plan the artwork approval and the loading date back from the date you need the goods on the shelf.
Can we start with your standard packs and move to our own brand later?
That is the usual path. Most lines are available in our standard packs, so a first container can go out with a name the shelf already knows while the artwork and the Polish label content are prepared for the own-brand run.
How long does it take?
The lead time is counted from the deposit and from written approval of the artwork, and it is stated in the offer per line. We do not publish a standing figure, because it depends on the line and on our current production.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
Send the list. We do the rest.
Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
