Chocolate tablet, chocolate bar, dragée doypack, children’s chocolate and pistachio spread packs carrying a private-label front
The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

Brands, gift companies and retailers that search for private label chocolate manufacturers South Africa can use, or a white label chocolate South Africa gift company can brand, find domestic chocolatiers and packers first. We are the other route: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Durban or Cape Town.

The difference is the range in one shipment. A South African brand can launch a pistachio tablet, dragées for favours, a Turkish delight box and a pistachio cream jar together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the halaal certificate holder named per line. The question at the end is the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Lines and formats

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the label content under the South African labelling regulations from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition table where required, metric net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details.

  3. 03

    Artwork

You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

  4. 04

    Production and shipping

We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set and the certificates the South African entry asks for.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label
An English label under the South African labelling regulations, with the ingredient list and allergens, the nutrition table where required, metric net quantity and the importer’s name and address. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
Import permits
The importer checks whether a line needs an import permit for its ingredients, dairy in milk chocolate in particular, and clears it at Durban or Cape Town; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
Customs
There is no free trade agreement between South Africa and Türkiye. The offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty that applies on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halaal certificates, with the certifying body named. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
Samples
Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; Ramadan, Eid and Christmas packs are ordered ahead of the season.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Can we start with one product?

The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.

Who prepares the South African label?

We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet under the South African labelling regulations; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing.

Are the lines halaal certified?

Many are, for our factory, with the certifying body named per line in the offer. A line without a certificate is stated as such.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
