Private label sweets and confectionery from Gaziantep, under a South Sudanese brand
Sweet bags, jellies, dragées, Turkish delight boxes, tablets and spreads in jars, made in Gaziantep under your brand. We prepare the label content in English, quote the lines that will hold up on a long inland leg, and print nothing before you approve it in writing.
Home / Private label / South Sudan

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
When a shelf is restocked almost entirely from two neighbouring countries, a distributor is selling whatever the regional wholesaler happened to be holding. The shop across the street is selling the same wrapper at a slightly different price, the reorder depends on somebody else's stock position, and nothing on the pack belongs to you. A private-label run changes the one thing that is genuinely available to change here: the name on it. A sweet bag, a dragée doypack, a Turkish delight box or a tablet carrying your brand, made in our factory in Gaziantep and shipped against your order rather than bought second-hand inside the region.
We are the manufacturer and exporter. Our factory is in Gaziantep; we arrange the run, prepare the label content in English, check the lot before packing, consolidate and photograph the pallets and load one container. Several lines, one order, one document set, one arrival. What stays yours to decide is the line, the format, the label and the minimum, and every one of those is written into the offer before anything is made. Because this market has no seaport and the last leg is overland, we will also tell you plainly which lines we would put in a first own-label run and which we would leave for later.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want. We confirm which of them can be run under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf and the season you have in mind. Anything that cannot be confirmed is left out of the offer rather than promised.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the English label content: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack. Every figure on it comes from our technical data sheet. If you want a second language alongside English, this is the step to say so.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and against what the pack can physically carry, and you approve the final version in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and the approved file is exactly what we run.

Production, loading and the inland leg
We run the line, check the lot before packing, consolidate and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves against the delivery term in the offer — FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP, with Mersin about three hours from our factory by road. Because there is no seaport at the destination, the offer also names the port of discharge it is quoted against and the crossing assumed for the overland leg, together with the document set for entry and the certificates per line where they apply.
What to know before the first list.
- Label, in English
- English for the mandatory information: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens declared, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer's name and address, and the date marking. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries before quoting, so you know what will arrive rather than what we hope will. For own-label lines we prepare the content from our technical data sheet and check your artwork against it before anything is printed. Where a line is destined for a mixed regional counter and you want a second language alongside English, say so at the artwork stage rather than after the plates are made.
- The file, the certificates, and what the importer holds
- The rules that apply are national and they change, so this page does not name an agreement or print a duty figure that would be out of date by the time you read it. The origin document and the rules in force are named in the offer as they stand on the day, and your clearing agent confirms them. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line. Certificates are issued for our factory, and we do not describe a certificate we have not seen. Lines containing ingredients of animal origin, gelatine in jellies above all, travel with our halal certificate and the offer names the certifying body per line. The importer holds the registration and files the consignment for entry.
- Minimums
- Set per line and written into the offer, never announced on this page. The unit of sale is one full container, and it can mix your own-label lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first run does not have to fill the box on its own.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), halal and kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request. We do not issue certificates ourselves and we do not describe one we do not hold.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch. They come off the running line, so what you taste is what the run will make.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the first enquiry. Printed packaging usually sets the pace, which is why the artwork step is closed before production is booked. On this route the inland leg is quoted separately from the production time, so you can see which part of the calendar belongs to whom.
- What the label may not say
- A vegetable-fat coating is a compound or a glaze and is labelled as one. We will not print the word chocolate on a pack that is not chocolate, whatever the brief says, and the price list keeps the two apart for the same reason. It is the one point on which we will hold up an artwork approval.
- Brand and artwork
- Your brand and your artwork stay yours. We run what you approved, the packaging is printed for your order, and we do not offer your artwork or your product brief to another buyer.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars. Bank transfer: 50 per cent with the order and 50 per cent before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day, agreed in writing before production starts.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Is a market this size worth putting our own brand on?
That is your call and it depends on the volume you already move. What is true is that the alternative here is selling an unbranded regional wrapper that your competitor can buy from the same wholesaler tomorrow. An own-label line fixes the specification, the pack and the reorder to you instead, and the minimum per line is written into the offer first so you can decide against a real number rather than an idea.
Who prepares the label?
We prepare the content in English from our technical data sheet. You place it in your artwork, add the importer's details, and approve the final version in writing before anything is printed. If a second language is wanted alongside English, it is added at that stage.
What is the minimum?
It is set per line and written into the offer, because it differs between a printed sweet bag, a dragée colour, a boxed Turkish delight and a wrapped tablet. We do not publish one figure on this page, since a number that is wrong for your line is worse than no number at all.
Which lines would you put in a first own-label run here?
Given that there is no seaport and the last leg is overland, we would start with what travels dry and handles a warm road: wrapped sweets, toffees, jellies, dragées and Turkish delight. Chocolate and compound-coated tablets are worth a deliberate small share so you can see how they arrive and how they sell, and we would rather quote them that way than load a first container with lines we have not seen survive your route.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
