Home / Private label / Sri Lanka

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.
A Sri Lankan supermarket chain, a distributor or a brand that searches for a private label chocolate manufacturer usually wants a line for the grocery shelf under its own name, a wafer or a wrapped bar that tolerates the heat and sells on price, and a line for the chiller, a tablet or a pistachio bar. We are the route for both: a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and shipping the container to Colombo with the documents per line.
The difference is the range and the origin in one shipment. A Sri Lankan brand can launch a wafer and a wrapped bar for the everyday shelf, a pistachio tablet for the chiller, dragées and a Turkish delight box together, from our own factory, on one order and one set of documents, with the three-language label on every pack. The question at the end is the same: who makes it, and at what minimum. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum is in the offer.
Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.
Five formats, one container.
Nothing printed before you approve.
- 01
Lines and formats
You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether the line is chocolate or compound for the shelf you have in mind.
- 02
Label content
We prepare the label content in English, Sinhala and Tamil: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the importer’s name and address. The data comes from our technical data sheet; the Sinhala and Tamil text is checked by the importer before printing.
- 03
Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.
- 04
Production and shipping
We run the line, the inspection is done where the line needs it, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set for the Sri Lankan entry.
What to know before the first list.
- Licence, inspection and entry
- The importer holds the import licence where the line needs one and is registered with the food authority, and the standards institution’s import inspection applies to the lines that fall under it. The offer states which lines the inspection touches and what it needs per line, and what applies to each line on the day; our certificates, the technical data sheet and the analysis report per line travel with the container. Every line is specified in the offer.
- Label
- An English label, with the Sinhala and Tamil the importer adds as the rules ask: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the production and expiry dates and the name and address of the importer. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack carries and what the importer adds as a sticker; for private label we prepare the label content in the three languages and check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
- Customs
- There is no free trade agreement between Sri Lanka and Türkiye; the offer states the tariff line for each product and the duty and levies that apply on the day, so the landed cost is known before you order. Nothing about duty is printed on this site, because it changes.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), Halal and Kosher certificates. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, with the inspection inside it where it applies.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.
Asked by brands first.
Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the three-language label?
We prepare the label content from our technical data sheet in English, Sinhala and Tamil; the importer checks the Sinhala and Tamil text, you place it in your artwork, and approve the final version in writing.
Chocolate or compound for our brand?
That depends on the shelf. A grocery shelf with no cooling asks for a compound-coated line; a supermarket chiller takes chocolate in a reefer. The offer states which is which per line, and both can travel in one container.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
