The other route

Made in Gaziantep, sold under your brand.

A Tunisian brand, importer or pastry house that looks for a private label chocolate manufacturer is usually solving one of two problems: a tablet or a bar under its own name that it does not want to make itself, or a dragée and sweets line in its own colours and its own cartons. We are the route for both. We are a manufacturer and exporter in Gaziantep, Türkiye, putting our own lines under your name and loading the container for Radès or Sfax.

The import figures say why an own-brand chocolate line is worth the trouble here. Türkiye is already the first supplier of sugar confectionery to Tunisia, 27.1 per cent of a 3,973,191 US dollar table in 2024, while the chocolate table is almost three times bigger, 11,346,482 US dollars, and is held by European suppliers with Türkiye eleventh at 3.2 per cent. A brand that already sells Turkish sweets has the distribution and the customer; what it does not yet have is a chocolate line of its own on that shelf.

The second advantage is range and origin in one shipment. A pistachio tablet made where the pistachio grows, sugared almonds and chocolate dragées in your colours, a Turkish delight box and a pistachio spread jar can come from our own factory on one order, one container and one set of documents. The question at the end is always the same: who makes it, at what minimum, and is the coating chocolate or compound. We make it in our own factory in Gaziantep; the minimum and the composition are in the offer, per line, in writing.

Your label goes on lines produced in our own factory in Gaziantep.

How it works

Nothing printed before you approve.

  1. 01

    Lines and formats

You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format you want. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time, and whether each line is chocolate or a compound coating for the shelf you have in mind.

  2. 02

    Label content

We prepare the label content in Arabic and French from our technical data sheet: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage, the importer’s name and address, and the fields for the production and expiry dates we print on the pack.

  3. 03

    Artwork

You send the artwork; we check it line by line against the label content, and you approve the final version in writing. Nothing is printed before that approval, and the approved file is what we run.

  4. 04

    Production and shipping

We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin, in a reefer for the chocolate lines in the warm months, with the document set for the Tunisian entry and the halal certificates per line where they apply.

The honest part

What to know before the first list.

Label
The mandatory information in Arabic, with French alongside as the importer’s file requires: the name of the food, the ingredient list with allergens, metric net weight, storage conditions, the importer’s name and address and the date marking. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries before you order. For private label we prepare the label content in both languages from our technical data sheet, and we check your artwork against it before anything is printed.
Importer file and certificates
The importer holds the registration and files the consignment before it lands. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and the analysis report per line. Lines with ingredients of animal origin, gelatine in jellies above all, travel with our halal certificate, and the offer names the certifying body per line so it can be checked against what your file accepts before you order. Lines without such ingredients are stated as such on the data sheet.
Minimums
Set per line and stated in the offer. The unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own-brand lines with lines in our standard packs, so a first own-brand run does not have to fill a container on its own.
Chocolate or compound, declared per line
A vegetable-fat coated line is a coating, not chocolate, and cannot be labelled as chocolate in the European market. Every line in the offer states which it is, so your pack text, your tariff line and your shelf position all match.
Label languages
The content is prepared in Arabic and French from our technical data sheet. Correspondence and the offer itself come in French or English, which is where the wholesale search in this market actually happens.
Certificates
Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP), halal and kosher certificates. The holder and the certifying body are named per line and copies are available on request, so nothing has to be taken on trust.
Samples
Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
Lead time
Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork, not from the first enquiry.
Origin document
The origin document that travels with the consignment, and the rules that apply to it, are named in the offer as they stand on the day. No duty rate is printed here, because it changes.
Currency and payment
Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50 per cent with the order and 50 per cent before the container leaves, against the loading photographs. The offer states the banking route that applies on the day.
Questions

Asked by brands first.

Are you the manufacturer?

Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.

Who prepares the label?

We prepare the content in Arabic and French from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork, add the importer’s details, and approve the final version in writing before anything is printed.

Can we run our own-brand lines and lines in our standard packs in the same container?

Yes. The unit of sale is one full container and it can carry both, which is the usual way a first own-brand line is launched: the known lines pay for the container while the new one is tested on the shelf.

Can a pastry house order dragées in its own colours and boxes?

Yes — private label is one of our core services. We run the colours you name and the cartons or boxes carry your brand; the minimum per colour and per line is stated in the offer, because a colour is a production run rather than a shelf item.

Can you make an own-brand couverture or bulk chocolate for our workshop?

That sits outside our core range. It is sourced on request, and we confirm the composition and the format before quoting, so the written offer reflects what can actually be produced and loaded.

Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?

Yes. Your label is printed in our own factory in Gaziantep after you approve the artwork, and the minimum per line is stated in the offer. Prices are not published; they come in the written offer.
