You name the lines from the product pages and the pack format. We confirm which of them can be made under your brand, at what minimum, in what lead time.

We prepare the label content in Arabic and English under the Gulf labelling standard from our technical data sheet: ingredients and allergens, the nutrition table, net quantity, storage and best-before wording, and the importer’s details; for re-export lists, the second market’s language is planned with the first.

Artwork
You send the artwork; we check it against the label content and you approve it in writing. Nothing is printed before that.

Production and shipping
We run the line in our factory, we check and photograph the pallets, and the container leaves Mersin in a reefer for chocolate lines, with the document set, the origin proof and the certificates the UAE registration asks for.
What to know before the first list.
- Label
- The mandatory information in Arabic under the Gulf labelling standard, on the pack or on a sticker, with English alongside; nutrition table and allergen declaration included. For lines in our standard packs we confirm what the export pack already carries and what the importer adds; for private label we prepare the label content in Arabic and English from our technical data sheet and check your artwork before anything is printed.
- Import registration
- Food products are registered by the importer on the municipality’s food import and re-export system before they land, with the label and the halal certificate on file; the offer states what applies on the day and which documents we supply for it. From our side you receive the technical data sheet per product, our certificates and lot traceability.
- Halal
- Halal certificates are held for our factory, from certifying bodies; the offer names the certificate holder and the body for every line and copies are available on request. A line without a certificate is stated as such.
- Minimums
- Set per line and stated in the offer; the unit of sale is one full container, which can mix your own lines with lines in our standard packs.
- Certificates
- Held for our factory in Gaziantep: food-safety and Halal certificates, with the certifying body named. The holder is named per line and copies are available on request.
- Samples
- Free of charge from our running production; you cover the courier, paid before dispatch.
- Lead time
- Stated per line in the offer and counted from the deposit and the approved artwork; Ramadan and Eid packs are ordered ahead of the season.
- Currency and payment
- Offers in US dollars; bank transfer, 50% with the order and 50% before the container leaves, against the loading photographs.

Are you the manufacturer?
Yes. Chocolate, dragées, pistachio and hazelnut creams, popping candy and Turkish delight are made in our own factory in Gaziantep, and we have exported since 2002. We run your private-label lines, check the lot before packing and load the container at our factory.
Can we start with one product?
The unit of sale is one full container. It can carry one own-brand line together with other lines from the same factory, so a first order does not need to be one product in bulk.
Who prepares the Arabic label?
We prepare the label content in Arabic and English under the Gulf labelling standard from our technical data sheet; you place it in your artwork and approve the final version in writing.
Can a Dubai style bar carry our brand?
Yes, as one of our core services: the bar is made in Gaziantep with pistachio cream and kadayif, in retail and gift formats, with the Arabic label content prepared before printing.
Are you a private label chocolate manufacturer?
