The largest count in the set, and not one buying query
Thirty-one thousand searches a month describes a live category, not one anybody has to open.
What the count does not hold is one business-to-business phrase: nobody types a carton price, a distributor or a container. That trade moves on people who already know each other — a shopkeeper asks his wholesaler, the wholesaler rings a supplier he trusts, and a new name travels by recommendation.
So this page is not written to be found, but to be read after an introduction.
Two product names show the category is already settled
Two of the strongest terms are product names, not categories. Aleppo pistachio draws roughly 880 a month and malban roughly 720. Neither needs explaining here.
That matters at quotation stage. A buyer using those words is not asking what Turkish confectionery is, but whether a line matches something he can already picture. The useful reply is narrow — variety, filling, cut, coating, case weight — and adjectives waste it.
One caution: as a search the first term usually means the nut itself, and raw nuts sit outside the range — sourced on request, with composition and format confirmed before quoting.
Gifts is the largest group, and a gift is a format
The biggest consumer term is gifts, near 1,300 a month. A gift is not a flavour but an occasion and a format — the part a supplier can genuinely answer.
One lokum or one dragée leaves the line as a printed retail box, a counter tray, a sealed assortment, or bulk cartons a shop fills itself. Each carries its own minimum and lead time, because a printed box must exist before it can be filled. Occasion buying runs to a calendar, so an enquiry should name the week it has to reach the shelf.
Where a buyer who does look online tends to land
Search this category in Arabic and the results fill with online retail serving Gulf shoppers. In French, wholesalers in France and Spain. In English, trade-statistics reading written for researchers, with no supplier behind it.
Three shelves, one situation: what is visible online is either a retail window or somebody else's wholesale stock, carrying a step taken on your behalf. A container consolidated in Gaziantep and shipped direct removes that step, and we are open to quoting it in writing.
What the offer settles, since a ranking will not
Four things decide a first order, and each belongs in a document, not a search result.
Who makes it. Production is in our own factory in Gaziantep; every line is specified, with our certificates.
What it is. Cocoa-butter chocolate and a vegetable-fat glaze are two products that never share a word in an offer. The jar is a spread for retail, not a paste for pastry work.
Who declares it. The importer of record files the entry and answers for the description. The origin document and the rules that apply are named in the offer.
How it moves. We quote FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP; Gaziantep to Mersin is about three hours by road.
What to send so an offer can be written
Six things let us write instead of guess: the lines to be quoted; the format for each, bulk carton, printed retail box or jar; the case weight; the arrival point; the importer of record named on the pack; and whether the label stays in our standard pack or carries your brand — nothing goes to print without written approval.
Label content is drafted in Arabic from our technical sheet and checked against your artwork before printing. Minimums are set per line andwritten into the offer, not published here. Anything outside the range — bulk chocolate by the kilo, couverture, cocoa, raw nuts, dried fruit — is sourced on request, with composition and format confirmed before quoting (how we work).
If nobody searches for wholesale here, is a supplier page worth reading at all?
It is worth reading at the second step rather than the first. The introduction usually arrives by recommendation, and the page then has to answer what a phone call leaves vague: which producer makes the line, which format and case weight it runs in, what the minimum is, and who declares the goods on arrival.
Can you supply malban, or Aleppo pistachio on its own?
The format is checked rather than promised on a page — name the cut, the filling andwhether it is loose by weight or boxed, and we come back with what the Gaziantep lines can actually run. The nut on its own is outside the range and is sourced on request, with composition and format confirmed before quoting.
Who is responsible for the import declaration?
The importer of record: that company files the entry and answers for the description given. Our part is the supply side, the technical file sent over, the label content drafted inArabic and checked against your artwork, and the terms quoted FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP.
