Two searches, one channel
Two searches land on the same page. Bulk foods is the weight-sold aisle: open bins, a scoop, a bag, a price per pound. Bulk candy bars and full size candy bars bulk are case lots of wrapped bars for concession stands, vending routes and fundraisers.
Both end up at the same link in the chain. A US bulk foods distributor, or the importer supplying one, buys the container; stores and route operators buy from them. That is the link we quote: one mixed container from Gaziantep, several lines, each on its own pallet, chocolate covered almonds beside lokum cubes beside sugared almonds.
What the bin asks for
The bin is open, so the carton is the last sealed stage the product ever sees. What this channel asks for is short and specific.
- A lined bulk carton. Food-grade liner, closed and taped, so the product travels dry and the store opens one carton per refill.
- An inner unit weight that suits a refill. A bin is topped up rather than filled once, so the inner should empty into it in one pass.
- Information for the bin card. Ingredients, allergens and shelf life, in English, taken from our technical data sheet.
- Consistent piece size. A cube that does not weld to its neighbour, a shell that does not chip, a dusting that does not cake.
Inner unit weight and cases per pallet are set per line and stated line by line in the offer. Cartons are packed one product, one colour, so the bin stays true to its card.
Full size bars, and the word chocolate
The wrapped-bar side is a different pack question. For full size candy bars in bulk the offer states the count per inner and per case, and whether the inner doubles as a counter display. The wrapper carries the English label, so it is settled before printing rather than after.
One naming point matters in the United States. US standards of identity define what a food may be called, so a vegetable-fat coating cannot be sold as chocolate whatever it looks like. Every line in the offer says plainly whether it is chocolate or compound coating, because the shelf card and the customs entry both follow that word.
The US file behind the bin
The bin and the bar sit behind the same paperwork. Our factory holds the US food facility registration and works with a US agent, so every line in the offer carries it. Your file then points at the plant that actually made the product.
Prior notice and supplier verification stay with you as the importer. What we supply is what that file needs: a technical data sheet per product, our certificates, and lot traceability back to the production run.
Labels are English. The Nutrition Facts panel and the allergen declaration are prepared to US rules; on private label we prepare them from the data sheet, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. There is no free trade agreement between the United States and Türkiye, so the offer states the tariff line and the duty that applies on the day.
One container, dry and cold
The unit of sale is one full container, mixed, each line on its own pallet with its own packing list. Plain lokum and sugar-panned lines travel in a dry container; chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel under temperature control, and in the warm months a reefer is quoted so the shell arrives as it left.
Delivery is FCA Gaziantep, FOB Mersin, CIF or DAP and prices are in US dollars. Payment is half with the order and half before the container leaves, against pallet-by-pallet loading photographs. Send the lines, quantities and destination port; the written offer follows within two working days.
Do you sell to bulk-food stores directly?
The unit of sale is one full container. A store group that imports for itself can buy it; a single store is usually served by its distributor, and the distributor is who we quote.
Can you supply full size candy bars in bulk cases?
Wrapped bar lines are quoted per line, with the count per inner and per case stated in the offer, together with the pallet plan.
Who files prior notice for the shipment?
The importer of record. We supply what the filing and the supplier verification file need, including our factory's registration for each line and the shipment data.
Do you sell couverture or bulk chocolate by the kilo?
Sourced on request; we confirm composition and format before quoting.
