The Dubai bar on Kazakh shelves: what search says, what the table says

In Kazakhstan the Dubai-style bar is not a forecast. Kazakh retail sites list it under that name, and the search box agrees: дубайский шоколад carries a live autocomplete tail of 21 suggestions, and рахат лукум 15. What search cannot tell you is which line to put in the container. That answer sits in the import table.

The shelf and the search box already agree

Two signals point the same way, and both cost nothing to check. Kazakh retail sites list a Dubai-style bar by that name, so the category needs no explaining from zero. Autocomplete is live rather than historical: it shows what people type now, and the bar term and the older lokum term both return a full tail.

Together they say the category is awake and sits beside an established habit rather than replacing it: a bar with pistachio and crisp kadayif lands where Turkish confectionery has been bought for a long time.

Where the measured numbers mislead

The same measurement produces traps, and the biggest numbers are usually the trap. чарли и шоколадная фабрика measures around 8,100 a month and buys nothing: it is the title of a film. печенье measures around 9,900 and belongs to home baking — a recipe or a single packet.

So the spine of the decision: search volume confirms a category is alive, but does not rank the lines inside it. Ranking comes from the import table: what the market already brings in, in what quantity, at what unit value, from which origins.

What travels, and what the coating is called

The lines that move here are narrow and known. Lokum with whole pistachio and the double-roasted style. Kadayif lines. The Dubai-style bar itself: in real chocolate, pistachio cream and crisp kadayif inside a chocolate shell. Dragee sorted by colour and calibre for weigh-out shelves. And the jar.

On the bar, one line of the quotation matters more than the photograph: whether the covering is chocolate or a cocoa glaze made with vegetable fat. A vegetable-fat glaze is not chocolate and cannot be named as chocolate on the label. The quotation states it line by line; the label follows the same word.

The jar is a spread, not a pastry paste

The jar is the item most often mis-specified: the word people search for is pasta, paste. What is in our range is a spread, not a cream, and it is not the 100% pistachio paste a pastry kitchen buys as a raw material. It is made to spread — for a retail jar, or for kitchens that fill and finish.

Settle it before quoting: the two sell to different buyers at different prices. Pure pistachio paste, couverture and bulk chocolate by the kilo sit outside the core range and are sourced on request, with composition confirmed first.

One container, minimum per line, and the temperature

The sales unit is a full container or truck, no part load. The minimum is per line, set per line and written into the quotation, not per container. So a first order can carry six or seven items in measured quantities, not one line the shelf cannot absorb. Each line travels on its own pallet, under a single packing list.

Temperature decides the rest. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel at +18/+20 °C: in hot months a refrigerated container is quoted, and if a dry container is preferred the temperature risk passes to the buyer in writing before loading. Lokum, dragee and jelly go dry all year, which is why they balance a mixed load.

What to send

Send the shelf you buy for and the format it needs: retail box, bulk case for weigh-out, or jar. Send the label language and the declaration route your broker works to. Under the Eurasian Economic Union's technical regulations, EAC marking and declaration sit on the importer side; our certificates are issued for our factory, and copies are available on request.

A written quotation follows within two working days, line by line: technical specification, ingredients and allergens, net weight, case and pallet data, minimum, customs tariff heading. Duty figures are absent on purpose: the quotation states what applies on the day it is issued. Payment is 50% at order and 50% before the container leaves, against loading photographs.

Is the Dubai-style bar always covered in chocolate?

No. Some lines are covered in chocolate and others in a cocoa glaze made with vegetable fat, which is not chocolate and cannot be labelled as chocolate. The quotation names the covering for each line before you order.

Is the pistachio jar the same as pastry pistachio paste?

No. It is a spread, not a cream, and it is not the 100% pistachio paste sold as a pastry raw material. Pure paste and couverture sit outside the core range and are sourced on request, with composition confirmed first.

Is the minimum per container or per line?

Per line. The manufacturer sets it and it is written into the quotation, so one container can carry several lines in measured quantities, each on its own pallet under a single packing list.
