Resort and wedding supply in Jamaica: the minibar, the gift shop and the wedding table, by the carton, from Gaziantep

The all-inclusive resorts of the north coast host the holidays and the weddings of people who arrive with a suitcase, and the resort supplier stocks every corner of them. Here is what each corner buys by the carton, and how the cartons reach it from Gaziantep.

What each corner of the resort buys

The minibar wants the tablet and the wrapped mini bar, and a turndown chocolate with the resort’s name on the sleeve; the gift shop wants the pistachio tablet, the Dubai style bar and the boxed Turkish delight a guest carries home; the restaurant wants pistachio cream and coated nuts for the dessert table; the wedding planner wants sugared almonds by colour and dragées in the couple’s palette. The chocolate page, the dragée page and the pistachio page list the groups.

The wedding table

A beach wedding sends its guests back to the room with a box, and the resort dresses the table: sugared almonds one colour per carton or mixed, in the whites, ivories and the pastels a beach wedding asks for; chocolate dragées and coated nuts in a matching range; mini bars with the couple’s names on the sleeve. The case weight per line is stated in the offer, so a planner knows how many tables a carton dresses before the season, and the colours can be run to the resort’s own palette on selected lines under the private label page.

The cool chain

The route crosses the tropics and the island is warm in every season, so chocolate lines travel in a reefer year round and go straight into the resort’s cold store; sugared almonds, jellies and Turkish delight travel dry and sit in the planner’s store without a chiller. The offer states which lines go which way, and a supplier that plans the two separately loses nothing to the heat.

Who buys the container

A resort buys by the carton from the supplier that imports it; the supplier fills the container, with the wedding lines and the gift boxes on their own pallets next to the minibar chocolate, so the wedding lines ride on an order it was making anyway. A resort group that stocks several properties fills a container on its own and is quoted like an importer, with the permit and the registration on its side. The mixed-container page explains how the load is built.

Price, and what is not printed here

The price per line in US dollars, the case count, the pallet plan and the tariff line are in the offer, with the duty that applies on the day; nothing that moves with the exchange rate or the season is printed on this site. What a resort charges for the wedding is its own business; what the almonds and the turndown chocolate cost by the carton is in the offer before the season.

What to send first

The lines from the chocolate page, the dragée page and the Turkish delight page, the quantity per line, and whether any line carries your own name. The written offer follows within two working days, in US dollars; the samples page explains how to taste the lines first, and the Jamaica page lists what stays the same on every offer.

Every line here is made in our own factory at Başpınar OSB, Gaziantep — a 10,000 m² site, exporting since 2002 — and certificate copies are available on request.

Can a single resort buy directly?

The unit of sale is one full container, mixed across lines. A resort buys by the carton from the supplier that imports it; a resort group that fills a container and holds the permit is quoted like an importer.

Can the turndown chocolate carry the resort’s name?

Yes, on selected lines: wrapped mini bars and napolitains with your sleeve; the minimum per line is stated in the offer.

Do sugared almonds need a reefer?

No, they travel dry. Chocolate dragées, mini bars and gift boxes travel in the reefer with the chocolate lines.

How to order

Send the list. We do the rest.

Send your product list with approximate quantities and the destination port. You get one offer covering every line, then one container, loaded and photographed before the doors close.
