What the searches are actually asking
Follow the term and it branches into health and horticulture rather than confectionery: the benefits of pistachio, whether it is fattening, the pistachio plant, the pistachio tree, contraindications, and which supermarket stocks it. Those are consumer questions about a nut.
A trade page that treats that volume as demand for chocolate is reading the number and ignoring the question behind it. The number is real; the intent is not ours.
Raw nuts are sourced on request, not stocked
Raw and roasted pistachios are not our standing range. They are sourced on request: we take your specification to production, confirm composition and format, and come back with what can actually be supplied — or with a straight no. The line then travels in the same container as the rest, under the same packing list.
The same applies to the other things buyers reasonably ask a Gaziantep exporter for and we do not stock: dried fruit, cocoa, empty packaging, baclava, halva and tahini.
What we do carry with Gaziantep pistachio in it
The finished side, and it is a long list. Pistachio and kadayıf bars — the Dubai-style line made where the pistachio grows and the kadayıf is made. Pistachio dragées and coated nuts. Rahat turcesc with whole pistachio, in bulk units for the counter and in retail boxes. And pistachio spread in jars.
On that last one the name matters. It is searched here as pasta de fistic and cremă de fistic, largely by the cake trade, and we mention that because it is how buyers find it — but we correct the name on the offer and on the label, because a confectioner's paste and a spread are different products to a buyer and to a customs description.
The cofetărie is the other half of the number
The second-largest commercial cluster in the Moldovan data is the patisserie trade: custom cakes, the cofetărie itself, creams for cakes, christening cakes. Those searches carry real advertising money behind them, which is usually a sign of buyers with budgets.
Most of what that trade needs from a chocolate supplier is an ingredient — couverture, chocolate in bulk, a confectioner's paste — and that is outside our standing range for the same reason as the raw nuts. Where we are useful to a cofetărie is the finished side: bars and dragées for the counter, rahat turcesc for a gift assortment, and the spread once the name is right.
Why saying no is part of the offer
An exporter who says yes to everything produces a first shipment that disappoints and a second one that never happens. The lines we quote are running items in our factory, with a technical data sheet behind each one; the lines we do not stock are marked as sourced on request, and the answer comes back in writing within two working days either way.
What to send
If you want the finished range, send the references and the quantity per line. If you want raw pistachio or another line outside the range, send the specification and the annual quantity, and you will get either a confirmed offer or a clear no.
Do you supply raw pistachios?
Not as a standing range. They are sourced on request: we confirm composition and format before quoting, and the line then travels in the same container as the rest.
Is the pistachio jar a paste or a spread?
It is a spread. It is searched in Moldova as pasta de fistic and cremă de fistic, largely by the cake trade, and we mention that because it is how buyers find it — but the name is corrected on the offer and on the label.
Can you supply a cofetărie?
With finished lines, yes — bars, dragées, rahat turcesc and the spread. Couverture and chocolate in bulk for custom-cake work are outside our standing range and are sourced on request.
