What the phrase actually covers
Polish autocomplete branches the same stem in a way that maps the whole ceremonial calendar: podziękowania dla gości weselnych for weddings, chrzest for christenings, roczek for a first birthday, 18 for an eighteenth, and komunia for First Communion. One phrase, five occasions, one format.
The format is small and it is given away rather than sold: a window box or a stand-up pouch holding sugared almonds, chocolate dragées or coated nuts, usually with a printed tag. In a Catholic country with a fixed Communion season, that is a predictable annual volume rather than a trend.
Why this is a dragée question
Sugared almonds are the traditional favour across Catholic Europe, and they are one of the oldest lines in Gaziantep. Around them sit the rest of the family: chocolate dragées, chocolate-coated nuts, fig-centre and pistachio-centre dragées. All of them travel in bulk cartons for repacking, or in retail boxes and pouches already packed.
The one thing to know before planning a display: for sugared almonds the minimum counts per colour, not per carton. A pastel range in four colours is four minimums, because each colour is its own coating batch and a batch has a floor. The offer says so before you plan the range, not after.
The season has a calendar, and the calendar is the constraint
This is the part that separates a favour order from an ordinary one. Communion falls in a known window every year, and the goods have to be on the shelf — or with the favour assembler — well before it. Everything else works backwards from that date: artwork approval, production, loading, transit, clearance.
So we quote this season against a date. Tell us when the goods must be in the warehouse in Poland and the offer is built back from it, with the artwork deadline stated as a date rather than as a lead time. A favour order placed against an enquiry rather than a date is the one that arrives in June.
Own name or ours
Favour suppliers usually want their own artwork, and that is a private label run rather than a stock purchase. The lines are the same; what changes is the printed box and the label content, which is prepared in Polish from our technical data sheet and approved by you in writing before anything is printed.
The minimum is set per line and stated in the offer. That matters here because a favour range is many small lines rather than one big one, and the container is mixed accordingly.
What travels dry and what does not
Sugared almonds and plain gelled sweets travel dry all year. Chocolate dragées and chocolate-coated nuts are quoted in a refrigerated container through the warm months, and a Communion season sits at the edge of that window. A mixed load is planned with both regimes in mind and the offer states which applies to each range.
What to send
Send the references, the quantity per line, the colours if the range is pastel, and the date the goods have to be in your warehouse. The written offer follows within two working days in US dollars or euro: minimum per line, piece weight and pieces per carton, the transport regime per range, and the artwork deadline as a date. Samples go before the container, from our current production.
Can you supply favours for the Polish Communion season?
Yes — sugared almonds, chocolate dragées and coated nuts in window boxes and pouches are a standing part of the range, and they can be run under your own artwork. Tell us the date the goods must be in your warehouse and the offer is built back from it.
Why is the minimum counted per colour?
Because each colour of sugared almond is its own coating batch in our factory, and a batch has a floor. A four-colour pastel range is four minimums, and the offer says so before you plan the display.
Can the boxes carry our own brand?
Yes. The box and the tag carry your artwork, and the mandatory label content is prepared in Polish from our technical data sheet. Nothing goes to print until you approve it in writing.
