The size of the table decides the shape of the order
A single-reference load asks an importer to commit a shelf position, a season and a cash position to one flavour before a carton has been sold — in a table this size, a bet rather than caution.
The opening lies in where the minimum sits. The selling unit stays a full container or truck — we do not build part loads — but the minimum is set per line andwritten next to that line in the offer. Per line, not per container. A first list of six or seven references can therefore travel in measured quantity.
Your quantity rides on a run that is already scheduled
A per-line minimum can be modest because the line is running anyway. We make that reference for our standard packs too, so a first order is measured against the production run, not the freight — lines in our standard packs and lines in yours sit in the same load.
What arrives stays legible item by item: each line on its own pallet, under a single packing list, so a warehouse separates it on the ramp under one customs entry. The build is described on the mixed container page.
Temperature groups decide what shares the load
Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel at +18/+20 °C, and in the hot months we quote a refrigerated container for them. If a dry container is preferred anyway, the temperature risk passes to the buyer in writing, before loading — settled at the offer, never after the doors are opened.
Lokum, dragée and jelly lines travel dry all year, so they anchor a load in any month while the coated lines are sized around the season. The route and the transit time are written into the offer, so the loading month is chosen with both groups in view.
Two names settled before anything is printed
The jar goes out as a spread — spread, not cream. Buyers often search for the word paste, which points at a pâtissier ingredient; what is in the jar is a sweetened retail spread, not a 100% pistachio pastry paste. Pâtissier-grade paste and couverture sit outside the main range, supplied on request with composition confirmed first.
The second name is theshell. Built on vegetable fat rather than cocoa butter, a coating is a cocoa glaze and cannot be named as chocolate on the pack; the offer states line by line which of the two a product carries.
Whose name the certificates carry
Certificates are issued for our factory. Copies are available on request — on a mixed load the file is not one document but one set per line.
Tajikistan is not a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, so the EAC mark does not carry here and the pack follows the country's own food rules; the importer files the declaration. Every line in the offer carries its own customs tariff heading, and on duty the quotation states what applies on the day it is issued.
What to send
Send the references you want quoted with an indicative quantity against each, pack formats and net weights, and whether the goods go to pre-packed retail or to a weigh-out counter — that decides the carton first. Add the loading month, the delivery city and the label languages. Say which lines run under your own label: the text is drawn from our technical specification, and nothing goes to print without written approval.
The written offer follows in two working days, line by line: technical specification, ingredients and allergens, net weight, case and pallet data, minimum, customs tariff heading, route and transit time. Payment is 50 per cent at order and 50 before the container leaves, against loading photographs — see how we work.
The market is small. Do I still have to fill a whole container?
The container is filled, but not with one reference. The selling unit is a full container or a full truck, while the minimum is set per line and written next to that line in the offer. A firstorder can therefore carry six or seven references in measured quantity, each on its own pallet under a single packing list and one customs entry.
Can chocolate and lokum travel in the same load?
Yes, and the temperature regime decides how that load is built. Chocolate and chocolate-coated lines travel at +18/+20 °C, and in hot months a refrigerated container is what we quote; if a dry container is preferred, the temperature risk passes to the buyer in writing before loading. Lokum, dragée and jelly lines travel dry all year, so they can anchor the load in any month.
Is the pistachio jar a pastry paste, and whose certificates come with it?
It is a spread, not a cream, and not a 100% pistachio pastry paste — pâtissier-grade paste and couverture sit outside the main range and are supplied on request. Certificates are issued for our factory; copies are available on request.
