Two tables, the same shape
Chocolate (HS 1806) is the larger heading: about 45 million dollars in 2023, with Russia at 68.06 per cent, Poland at 6.54, the Netherlands at 5.80 and Türkiye fourth at 5.25, at 3.73 dollars a kilo.
Sugar confectionery (HS 1704) is smaller: about 18 million dollars, Russia at 65.48 per cent, Ukraine at 23.20, Türkiye fifth at 1.61, at 2.59 dollars a kilo. Different families, a different field behind the leader, the same two-thirds share on top. Those unit values average every format and price point that crossed the border that year.
One route, and what a direct container changes
A two-thirds share in both headings means the line reaching a Tajik shelf is long: one distribution route, re-handled and re-invoiced at every step.
A direct container shortens that chain for the lines you choose. What lands is our standard pack: certificates are issued for our factory, and we pass copies per line. Tajikistan isnot in the Eurasian Economic Union, so the EAC mark does not carry here: the country's own food and customs rules apply, and the importer declares. On duty, the quotation states what applies on the day it is issued.
A small table means a mixed load
A table this size does not absorb a container of one reference; the route in is a mixed load.
The selling unit is a full container or a full truck, with no groupage. The minimum is set per line and written into the offer — per line, not per container. That is why a first order can carry six or seven references in measured quantity rather than a year of one, each on its own pallet under a single packing list — one declaration, a load legible item by item.
Temperature decides how the load splits
Chocolate and chocolate-coated products travel at +18/+20 °C. In hot months a refrigerated container is offered; if a dry one is preferred for cost, the temperature risk passes to the buyer in writing, before loading. Turkish delight, sugared almonds and jelly lines go dry all year.
On a long overland route the split is the order plan, not a detail. Popping candy and bulk jelly cartons sit in the stable group; filled bars and coated centres do not. Choose the loading month with both groups in view.
Two names to settle before the plates
Two names change what may be printed, both settled before artwork. The first is the coating: where a recipe uses vegetable fat instead of cocoa butter, the product is a cocoa glaze and cannot be named chocolate. The offer says which one each product carries, the Dubai-style pistachio-and-kadayıf filled bar included.
The second is the jar. Buyers search for pistachio paste, a word that points at a pâtissier ingredient. What we sell is a spread, not a cream — and not a 100% pastry paste. Couverture and pâtissier-grade paste sit outside the main range, supplied on request with composition confirmed first.
What to send
Send the references you want quoted with a quantity against each, retail formats and net weights, and whether the goods go to a weigh-out counter or to pre-packed retail — that decides the carton. Say which lines run under your own label, drawn from our specification: nothinggoes to print without written approval. Add the loading month and delivery city.
The written offer follows in two working days, line by line: specification, ingredients and allergens, net weight, case and pallet data, minimum, tariff position. Payment is 50 per cent at order and 50 before the container leaves, against loading photographs — see how we work.
Does the EAC conformity mark apply in Tajikistan?
No. Tajikistan is not a member of the Eurasian Economic Union, so the mark does not carry here and the pack is prepared against the country's own food rules. The importer files the declaration; from our side each line travels with our technical specification, ingredients and allergens, net weight and tariff position.
Do I have to fill a container with one product?
No. The selling unit is a full container or a full truck, but the minimum is set per lineand written into the offer — per line, not per container. A first order can therefore carry six or seven references in measured quantity, each on its own pallet under a single packing list.
Is the pistachio jar a pâtissier paste?
No. It is a spread, not a cream, and not a 100% pastry paste. Pâtissier-grade paste and couverture are outside the main range and are supplied on request, with composition and format confirmed first.
