Three shelves
The airport and duty free sell the gift box to travellers; the malls sell it at the Turkish sweet counters that have made the city a second home for Turkish confectionery; the Turkish sweet shops and cafes sell it by the piece and by the box to residents. Each shelf buys differently, and each is supplied by a foodstuff trading company that buys by the container. The traveller buys once, the mall shopper buys for a gift, the resident buys every week; the carton behind each shelf is sized accordingly. That is the link we quote.
What the shelves ask for
Duty free and the malls want the printed gift box: dusted cubes in rose, lemon and pomegranate, and the Gaziantep finger roll filled with whole pistachio and coated in coconut or kadayif, cut to order. The sweet shops and cafes want bulk cartons for the counter and chocolate covered pieces for the confectionery case. The Turkish delight page lists the groups; the special lokum counter range, baklava-style layers and royal pieces, belongs to the same counter.
Turkish sweets in Dubai, and who supplies them
Turkish sweets Dubai, Turkish sweet shop Dubai, Turkish food shop Dubai: the city has more Turkish sweet counters than most cities in Türkiye, and most of them bake their own baklava. What they buy in is what they do not make: boxed Turkish delight, the pistachio roll, chocolate covered lokum, dragées and pistachio cream. We do not name the shops; the trade knows them. We quote the trading companies that supply them, and a shop group that imports for itself.
Own brand on the box
A gift company, a duty-free supplier or a shop group can have the box printed under its own name as one of our core services, with the Arabic and English label content prepared from the data sheet and the artwork approved before printing. Plain lokum travels dry all year; chocolate covered pieces travel in a reefer on this route. Gift companies usually start with the duty-free box, because the traveller reads the brand on the shelf, not the producer. The UAE private label page lists the formats.
What to send first
The groups from the Turkish delight page, the quantity per line, the port, whether the list is for the UAE shelf or for re-export, and whether any box carries your brand. The written offer follows within two working days. The United Arab Emirates page lists what stays the same on every offer; the Turkish delight explained article covers the recipe and the varieties.
Every line here is made in our own factory at Başpınar OSB, Gaziantep — a 10,000 m² site, exporting since 2002 — and certificate copies are available on request.
