Most of the baklava demand is not commercial at all
Follow the biggest term and the results are recipes: recipe collections, classic walnut baklava, syrup ratios, «the perfect baklava from A to Z». People are searching for how to make it, not for someone to supply it.
A trade page that treats that volume as buyer demand is reading the number and ignoring the question behind it. The number is real; the intent is a home kitchen.
Tahini and halva are commercial, but not ours
Tahini is different — сусамов тахан and its variants carry steady, practical searches, and halva sits beside them. Those are real products with real trade behind them in Bulgaria.
They are not our standing range. Neither are raw pistachios, dried fruit, cocoa or empty packaging. All of them are sourced on request: we take your specification to production, confirm composition and format, and come back with what can actually be supplied — or with a straight no. The line then travels in the same container as the rest.
Why an exporter should say no out loud
An exporter who says yes to everything produces a first shipment that disappoints and a second one that never happens. The lines we quote are running items in our factory with a technical data sheet behind each; the lines we do not stock are marked as sourced on request, and the answer comes back in writing within two working days either way.
What is in the standing range
Finished confectionery. Filled tablets and bars, including the Dubai-style bar with pistachio and crisp kadayıf. Chocolate dragées and sugared almonds, chocolate-coated nuts and fruit centres. Lokum — plain, whole-pistachio, double-roasted and kadayıf-wrapped — in bulk units and retail boxes. Gelled sweets and popping candy in bulk cartons for the loose counter. Pistachio spread in jars.
On that last one the name matters: it is searched in Bulgarian as паста от шам фъстък and крем от шам фъстък, and we mention that because it is how buyers find it — but we correct the name on the offer and on the label, because a confectioner's paste and a spread are different products.
The one adjacent thing worth asking about
Кувертюр — couverture — has genuine trade demand in Bulgaria; the cash-and-carry shelf carries it in two-kilo packs for the pastry trade. It is not our standing range either, for the same reason as the rest: it is an ingredient bought against a specification, not a finished product.
If that is what you need, send the specification and the annual quantity rather than a product reference, and the answer comes back the same way.
What to send
If you want the finished range, send the references and the quantity per line. If you want something outside it, send the specification and the annual quantity, and you will get either a confirmed offer or a clear no within two working days.
Do you supply baklava, tahini or halva?
Not as a standing range, and those are among the largest searches in Bulgaria, so it is worth being clear. They are sourced on request: we confirm composition and format before quoting, and the line then travels in the same container as the rest.

Is the pistachio jar a paste or a spread?
It is a spread. It is searched in Bulgarian as паста от шам фъстък and крем от шам фъстък, and we mention that because it is how buyers find it — but the name is corrected on the offer and on the label.
