The table and the room
A beach wedding sends its guests back to the villa with a box; a honeymoon finds a box on the pillow on the first night; a vow renewal dresses a table on the sand. The resort’s wedding planner buys sugared almonds by colour to match the flowers, chocolate dragées in milk, dark and white, coated nuts, and mini bars and napolitains with the resort’s name on the sleeve; the boutique buys the gift box the couple carries home. The dragée page and the chocolate page list the groups.
By colour, by the carton
Sugared almonds come one colour per carton or mixed, in the whites, ivories, golds and the pastels a beach wedding asks for; chocolate dragées and coated nuts in a matching range. The case weight per line is stated in the offer, so a planner knows how many tables a carton dresses before the season, and the colours can be run to the resort’s own palette on selected lines under the private label page, with the boxes carrying the resort’s name.
Dry or cool chain
Sugared almonds travel dry all year and sit in the planner’s store without a chiller; chocolate dragées, coated nuts, mini bars and gift boxes go in the reefer, year round on this route, into the cool store in Malé and the cool box on the boat. A resort that plans the two separately, almonds for the sand and chocolate for the villa, sells both to the same couple.
Who buys the container
A resort buys by the carton from the supply company in Malé that imports it; the supply company fills the container, with the dragées and the gift boxes on their own pallets next to the minibar chocolate and the Turkish delight for the boutique, so the wedding lines ride on an order it was making anyway. A resort group that dresses hundreds of weddings a year fills a container on its own and is quoted like an importer, with the licence and the registration on its side.
Price, and what is not printed here
The price per line in US dollars, the case count, the pallet plan and the tariff line are in the offer, with the duty that applies on the day; nothing that moves with the exchange rate or the season is printed on this site. What a resort charges for the wedding is its own business; what the almonds cost by the carton is in the offer before the season.
What to send first
The lines from the chocolate page, the dragée page and the Turkish delight page, the quantity per line, and whether any line carries your own name. The written offer follows within two working days, in US dollars, with the certifying body named per line and the registration documents listed; the samples page explains how to taste the lines first, and the Maldives page lists what stays the same on every offer.
Every line here is made in our own factory at Başpınar OSB, Gaziantep — a 10,000 m² site, exporting since 2002 — and certificate copies are available on request.
Can a resort’s wedding planner order directly?
The unit of sale is one full container, mixed across lines. A resort buys by the carton from the supply company; a resort group that fills a container and holds the licence is quoted like an importer.
Which colours?
One colour per carton or mixed, in the range the wedding trade asks for, or the resort’s own palette on selected lines; the offer lists the colours and the case weight.
Do sugared almonds need a reefer?
No, they travel dry. Chocolate dragées, mini bars and gift boxes travel in the reefer with the chocolate lines.
