A trade of its own

Those companies buy by the carton from importers and distributors, or import for themselves. Colour and finish, because the gift is seen before it is tasted. Wrapped or loose, because the company packs by hand or by machine. The route
Sugared almonds travel dry; chocolate dragées, minis and boxes travel in a reefer to Hong Kong year round, because the container crosses the tropics. Both share one container, dry pallets and cold pallets as the offer states, and a gift order is timed to a season, so the reefer and the dry pallets are booked together.
